Pear bread: a really moist and tasty dessert that you should try now!

Blend together all of the ingredients to make this super moist dessert!
INGREDIENTS
300g pears
2 eggs
150g sugar
salt
vanilla extract
200g flour
16g baking powder
140g butter
1 tsp limoncello

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice and puree the pears.
2. Add the eggs, sugar, and salt.
3. Add the flour, baking powder, butter and limoncello.
4. Mix all the ingredients for 5/7 minutes and then pour the batter into a cake pan.
5. Bake at 180° C for 50 minutes.
6. Dust with powdered sugar.
