PEAR BREAD: SOFT and DELICIOUS! ππ

INGREDIENTS
200g of pears cut into pieces
100g of sugar
2 eggs
70g of melted butter
180g of all-purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon powder

METHOD
1. Peel and cut the pears into pieces.
2. Pour everything into a blender and get a nice puree.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, pour the eggs and beat them with the sugar.
4. Also add the butter and get a nice frothy mixture.
5. Add the flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and plenty of cinnamon.
6. Now add the pear puree. Beat a little more and the batter is ready.
7. Pour it into a 20cm cake tin and bake at 180Β°C for 45 minutes.
8. A nice sprinkle of powdered sugar and eat it nice and warm!
