Coconut salmon: a super tasty recipe you really should try!

Pour the milk over the salmon, the result is unbelievably good!
INGREDIENTS
coconut milk (about 120ml)
salmon fillets
pepper
salt
juice from half a lemon
1 tsp cornstarch
parsley

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour the coconut milk over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook them in a pan with some oil. Season with pepper, salt, and add the lemon juice.
3. Add the milk used to marinate the salmon, and add the cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
4. Cook for about 10/15 minutes and serve.
