Pear cake: the delicious recipe to try!

Here's a tasty pear cake that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
50g (4 tbsp) sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
1/2 lemon zest
25g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) melted butter
80g (4 tbsp) flour
6 pears
1/2 lemon juice
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
 
Preparing for baking
butter for grease baking form
15g (1 tbsp) melted butter
 

METHOD
  1. Mix in a bowl the eggs with salt and sugar.
  2. Add the milk, lemon zest, melted butter and mix again
  3. Add flour gradually to the mixture.
  4. Peel and cut the pears into tiny slices and add the lemon juice.
  5. Add the baking powder into the mixture and mix again.
  6. Add the pears to the mixture gradually and whisk.
  7. Grease the baking form with the butter and transfer the pear mixture.
  8. Add melted butter on top.
  9. Bake at 180°C/360°C for about 60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
