Pear cake: the delicious recipe to try!

Here's a tasty pear cake that the whole family will love!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
50g (4 tbsp) sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
1/2 lemon zest
25g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) melted butter
80g (4 tbsp) flour
6 pears
1/2 lemon juice
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
Preparing for baking
butter for grease baking form
15g (1 tbsp) melted butter
METHOD
- Mix in a bowl the eggs with salt and sugar.
- Add the milk, lemon zest, melted butter and mix again
- Add flour gradually to the mixture.
- Peel and cut the pears into tiny slices and add the lemon juice.
- Add the baking powder into the mixture and mix again.
- Add the pears to the mixture gradually and whisk.
- Grease the baking form with the butter and transfer the pear mixture.
- Add melted butter on top.
- Bake at 180°C/360°C for about 60 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
