Bread toast: you must try these 2 versions!

Perfect for a quick and tasty lunch!

INGREDIENTS
2 bread slices
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
100g grated cheese
100g baked ham
Butter
For the central crumbs
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Butter
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare the bread by removing the central crumbs from it
  2. In a bowl add eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, ham and mix all together
  3. Grease the pan with butter and fry the central crumbs on both sides. Add the tomatoes, oil, pepper, salt and oregano on top of the crumbs
  4. Grease the pan with butter and add the bread without central crumbs and add the egg mixture inside. Cover with the lid and fry on both sides.
