2 quick and easy ideas with bread toast!

Here're 2 easy snacks that everyone will love! 
 
INGREDIENTS
4 slices of bread
 
For the sausages:
4 slices of cheese
4 sausages
2 eggs
30ml (2 tbsp) of milk
A pinch of salt
Pepper
Butter
 
For the bread filling:
2 eggs
70g of chicken ham
Spring onion
Butter

METHOD
  1. Cut the middle out from the bread and roll it out thinly. Add the piece of cheese and sausage and roll it up. Set aside the outer part of the bread.
  2. Mix the egg with the milk and season it with salt and pepper. Dip in each roll in the egg mixture and fry on the butter until is golden brown on all sides.
  3. Mix the egg with chicken ham and young onion. Add butter to the pan and add the crusts of bread. Fill each bread crust with the egg mixture and fry on both sides until golden brown.
