Chocolate french toast: you must try this!

Ingredients:1 large loaf of bread3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread2 eggs1/2 cup cream1/4 cup milk2 tbsp sugar1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp cane sugar
Preparation:
Slice a loaf of bread into slices without slicing all the way through.
Spread each slice with chocolate spread.
Mix together eggs, cream, sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over the loaf
Flip loaf upside down and soak for 20 minutes.
Flip loaf back cut side up and soak for another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle bread with sugar evenly.
Bake for 40 min at 180C/350F
