Bake bread in a pot: how to do it at home for a moist and delicious bread!

Dutch oven bread is so easy to make. The result will be a delicious bread ready in no-time!

• 130g fresh starter
• 400g flour
• 100g rye flour
• 380g water
• 1 tsp honey
• 10g salt
METHOD
- Break the starter into pieces, add water and mix it.
- Add salt, honey and mix with spatula.
- Add flour and knead the dough, let it rise for 1 hour
- After it has risen, knead the dough by folding, fold 20 times.
- Cover the Dutch oven with parchment, heat it in an oven at 250 ° for 10-15 minutes.
- Put the dough into the pan and cover with a lid of 250 ° for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
