Bake bread in a pot: how to do it at home for a moist and delicious bread!

Dutch oven bread is so easy to make. The result will be a delicious bread ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
• 130g fresh starter
• 400g flour
• 100g rye flour
• 380g water
• 1 tsp honey
• 10g salt
 
METHOD
  1. Break the starter into pieces, add water and mix it.
  2. Add salt, honey and mix with spatula.
  3. Add flour and knead the dough, let it rise for 1 hour
  4. After it has risen, knead the dough by folding, fold 20 times.
  5. Cover the Dutch oven with parchment, heat it in an oven at 250 ° for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Put the dough into the pan and cover with a lid of 250 ° for 40 minutes.
  7. After 40 minutes, remove the lid and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
