Soft cookies with bottle: delicious and ready in no time!

Here's how to use a bottle to make amazing cookies!

INGREDIENTS

125g softened butter

1 egg

50g (1/2 cup) of starch

80ml (6 tbsp) of vegetable oil

90g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

5 g of baking powder

300g (1 3/4 cups) of flour

80g white chocolate

80g dark chocolate

Chopped pistachios

METHOD

In a bowl mix together egg with butter, powdered sugar, starch, oil, vanilla, baking powder. Add in flour.
Transfer to the bottle with star shape holes.
Squeeze the dough out of the holes and transfer it to the baking pan.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Dip cookies into chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
