How to make sfogliatella at home: a method to try!

INGREDIENTS
Flour – 500g
Salt – 5g
Honey – 20g
Water – 200ml
Butter
Custard – 300g
Icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, honey and water.
  2. Make dough. Pull it out on the dough machine. Roll it in and cut it into skewers.
  3. Fill with vanilla custard and bake at 360F / 180C for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with ice sugar.
