How to make sfogliatella at home: a method to try!

INGREDIENTS
Flour – 500g
Salt – 5g
Honey – 20g
Water – 200ml
Butter
Custard – 300g
Icing sugar
Salt – 5g
Honey – 20g
Water – 200ml
Butter
Custard – 300g
Icing sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, honey and water.
- Make dough. Pull it out on the dough machine. Roll it in and cut it into skewers.
- Fill with vanilla custard and bake at 360F / 180C for 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with ice sugar.
