How to make baba ganoush recipe at home!

Baba Ganoush is similar to hummus, only it is made with eggplant and the result is delicious!
 
INGREDIENTS
1 eggplant
75 ml tahini
50 ml of lemon juice
30g onions
salt
pepper
20 ml of olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. You can bake the eggplant on a gas stove, but if you don't have a gas stove, cut it in half, place on aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil and bake it in the oven for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees until the eggplant softens.
  2. When the eggplant has softened, peel it and place it in a blender. Add tahini, lemon juice, onion, salt, pepper, olive oil and blend until a fine creamy mass is obtained.
  3. Then pour the prepared mass into a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil, parsley, sesame seeds and enjoy the beauty of the taste.
