Crème caramel cake: the simple method to make it at home!

An irresistible dessert with just 4 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
150g Sugar
For the batter
For the batter
140g Sugar
500ml (2 cups) Milk
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- In a pan cook sugar until caramelized, transfer to the baking pan. In a pan add milk and sugar, cook until sugar is dissolved.
- In a bowl mix together eggs with vanilla extract, add in warm milk, and pour the mixture onto the caramel. Put it into one bigger pan and add water into it. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.
