Caramel cream cheese: a triple layer caramel cake to try!

This dessert melts in your mouth. It will be delicious!
INGREDIENTS

250 ml Milk
100 ml Whipped cream
60 gr Sugar
3 Egg
150 gr Cream cheese
For caramel
1tsp Water
40 gr Sugar
1tsp Water
For cake
30 gr Flour
30 gr Sugar
1 Egg
METHOD
- Make the caramel, pour in the mold and allow to cool.
- Boil milk and whipped cream. Then combine the cream cheese with the sugar and gradually add the eggs. Add the boiled milk and whipped cream to the mixture and strain all together and set aside.
- Whisk the egg with sugar, then add the flour by sifting and mixing.
- Pour the prepared mixes into the mold.
- Bake at 170C° first for 20 min and after 20 min put aluminum foil on top and again bake for 30-35min.
