Caramel bread custard pudding: the best way to make your favorite dessert using only 5 ingredients!

Smooth and delicate bread pudding, coated with a delicious caramel sauce, is a simple and stunning dessert at the same time!

INGREDIENTS
 ½ cup sugar;
 5 eggs;
 1 can condensed milk (around 300 g/10 oz);
 1 ½ can water;
 1 tsp vanilla extract.
 
METHOD
  1.  Caramelize sugar over low heat and pour it into your baking ban. Spread the caramel forming a thin layer of caramel of the bottom. Heat the bottom of the pan if needed.
  2.  Meanwhile whisk eggs, condensed milk, vanilla and water together.
  3.  Pour cream mixture over caramel layer, place the baking pan into a larger pan and fill larger pan with hot water.
  4.  Bake at 180C/350F for 1 hour. Let cool down completely, run the butter knife around the sides and flip cream caramel dessert on a serving tray.
