Caramel pudding: creamy and super easy to make

INGREDIENTS
200g (1 cup) of sugar
140ml (1/2 cup) of water
6 eggs
420g (1 3/4 cups) of evaporated milk
420g (1 1/4 cups) of condensed milk
Vanilla extract

METHOD
1. In a saucepan add the sugar and water and mix. Let it on low heat until the caramel is obtained. Remove from the heat and pour into the muffin mold to cover the bottom part of each one.
2. In a blender add the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla essence and blend until combined.
3. Fill the muffin mold cups with the mixture and cover with the kitchen foil.
4. Pour the boiling water into the pan and transfer the muffin mold. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F 40 minutes.
5. After baking, turn the muffin tin over the pan so that the pudding comes out.
6. Serve the pudding on a serving plate and enjoy.
