Creamy chocolate pudding: easy to make and super tasty!

So creamy and easy to make, give it a try!

INGREDIENTS
 750ml (3 cups) milk;
 60g (⅓ cup) sugar;
 120g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
 60g (¾ cup) cocoa powder;
 ¼ tsp vanilla powder;
 15g (1 tbsp) butter;
 50g (⅓ cup) dark chocolate;
 180ml (⅔ cup) full-fat cream, sweetened;
 300g (1 cup) condensed milk;
 3 tbsp cocoa powder;
 2 tbsp cream.
 
METHOD
  1.  Whisk milk, sugar, flour, cocoa and vanilla until smooth. Place over the medium-low heat and cook, whisking non-stop, until the mixture gets thick.
  2.  Blend chocolate base with a blender to prevent any lumps. Add butter and blend one more time.
  3.  Pour the chocolate base into a prepared pan, cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  4.  Whip cream and spread it on top of the chocolate layer. Chill for 15 minutes.
  5.  Heat condensed milk with cocoa and cream. Cooldown a little and then pour on top of the cream layer.
