Creamy chocolate pudding: easy to make and super tasty!

So creamy and easy to make, give it a try!
INGREDIENTS
750ml (3 cups) milk;
60g (⅓ cup) sugar;
120g (1 cup) all-purpose flour;
60g (¾ cup) cocoa powder;
¼ tsp vanilla powder;
15g (1 tbsp) butter;
50g (⅓ cup) dark chocolate;
180ml (⅔ cup) full-fat cream, sweetened;
300g (1 cup) condensed milk;
3 tbsp cocoa powder;
2 tbsp cream.
METHOD
- Whisk milk, sugar, flour, cocoa and vanilla until smooth. Place over the medium-low heat and cook, whisking non-stop, until the mixture gets thick.
- Blend chocolate base with a blender to prevent any lumps. Add butter and blend one more time.
- Pour the chocolate base into a prepared pan, cover and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
- Whip cream and spread it on top of the chocolate layer. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Heat condensed milk with cocoa and cream. Cooldown a little and then pour on top of the cream layer.
