How to make easy creme caramel: delicious and ready in no time!

This dessert is so mouth-watering!

INGREDIENTS:
12g of hydrated gelatin
395g (1 1/3 cup) condensed milk
70g (4 tablespoons) of powdered milk
400ml (1 2/3 cup) of cooking cream
200ml (1 cup) of milk
Vanilla essence

Caramel sauce:
320g (2 cups) of sugar
200ml (1 cup) of water

METHOD
  1. In a saucepan add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Add the water occasionally to create the caramel.
  2. In a bowl add the cooking cream, milk, gelatin, condensed milk, powdered milk, and mix. Add the mixture into the blender and combine it all well together.
  3. In plastic glasses add the first layer of the caramel and the white creme on top
  4. Refrigerate four hours before serving. Take a glass and separate the caramel cream from the edges with a knife, turn the glass over and lift it.
