How to make easy creme caramel: delicious and ready in no time!

This dessert is so mouth-watering!
INGREDIENTS:

12g of hydrated gelatin
395g (1 1/3 cup) condensed milk
395g (1 1/3 cup) condensed milk
70g (4 tablespoons) of powdered milk
400ml (1 2/3 cup) of cooking cream
200ml (1 cup) of milk
Vanilla essence
Caramel sauce:
320g (2 cups) of sugar
200ml (1 cup) of water
METHOD
- In a saucepan add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Add the water occasionally to create the caramel.
- In a bowl add the cooking cream, milk, gelatin, condensed milk, powdered milk, and mix. Add the mixture into the blender and combine it all well together.
- In plastic glasses add the first layer of the caramel and the white creme on top
- Refrigerate four hours before serving. Take a glass and separate the caramel cream from the edges with a knife, turn the glass over and lift it.
