How to use a ladle to make the most amazing sweet fritters ever!

Pour the batter into a ladle and fry. The result will blow your mind!

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp lemon zest
400ml/1.63 cup milk
375g / 3 cups flour (all purpose)
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs and milk. Add sugar, salt, flour, baking powder and lemon zest. Mix.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a cooking bag and squeeze into hot oil in the middle of the ladle.
