Watermelon bread: the most amazing brioche ever!

Just pour the eggs over the watermelon, the result is wow!

INGREDIENTS
260g watermelon
1 egg
30g / 0.15 cup sugar
4g yeast
400g / 3.2 cups flour (all purpose)
3g salt
30ml/ 0.14 cup oil
 
Oil
Butter
Shredded coconut
 
METHOD
  1. Chop the watermelon pulp. Add one egg and sugar. Beat in a blender. Add yeast, salt, oil, flour and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll into balls. Roll out each ball and stick it in the form of pies. Put the pies in a mold (greased with oil) and let rise for an hour. Brush with one egg on top and sprinkle with coconut.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350F.
