Watermelon jello: easy to make and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
500 ml (2 cups) of watermelon juice
60g (4 tbsp) of sugar
60g (5 tbsp) of cornstarch
Pistachios for serving

METHOD
1. In a large bowl whisk ⅓ of watermelon juice with cornstarch until no lumps are left.
2. Pour clear watermelon juice and the cornstarch mixture into a pot, add sugar, and whisk. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
3. Pour melon jelly into individual forms and leave to set completely in the fridge. Flip on a plate, decorate with pistachios.
