Upside down orange cake: the most amazing cake you'll ever seen

INGREDIENTS
2 lemons
2 grapefruit
2 oranges
For the caramel:
60g (1/4 cup) sugar
30g (2 1/2 tbsp) brown sugar
40g (2 1/2 tbsp) butter
20ml (1 tbsp) water
For the dough:
200g (1 2/3 cups) flour
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
3g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
150ml (3/5 cup) milk
130ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
100ml (2/5 cup) orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
METHOD
1. Cut all fruits into slices and then into squares.
2. In a small saucepan add sugar, brown sugar, butter, and water.
3. In a bowl mix together milk, olive oil, sugar, orange juice, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder.
4. Pour the caramel into the baking pan, top with fruit, and the prepared dough mixture.
5. Bake at 170°C/350°F for 35 minutes.
