This method is genius!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
240ml (1 1/2 cup) warm water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
25g fresh yeast
70ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
550g (4 2/5 cups) flour
1/2 chopped onion
300g (2 cups) ground beef
1 red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 diced tomato
15g (1/4 cup) chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soda
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water, milk, sugar and yeast, add in oil, flour and salt. Let it rest for 30 min.
- Meanwhile fry together onion, meat, vegetables and spices.
- Make 6 balls from the dough and fill them with a prepared meat mixture. Boil them in a hot water for 3-4 min.
- Then sprinkles with sesame seeds and bake for 40 min at 200 'C (390'F) until golden brown.
