Potato fritters: delicious and appetizing, to try now!

A unique way to cook potatoes!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 Potatoes (300g of cooked potato)
Salt
Salt
Pepper
15g (2 tbsp) of rice flour
8g (1 tbsp) of cornstarch
Oil for frying
METHOD
- Cut the circle on the middle part of the potato. Transfer them to the water and boil for 30 minutes. Transfer them to cold water and peel them.
- Mash the potatoes and add the salt, pepper, rice flour, cornstarch and mix until all is well combined.
- Knead the dough until smooth and cut on halves. Roll out the one half and split it into small pieces. Press each piece with the fork to create the pattern.
- Fry them in deep hot oil.
