Potato fritters: delicious and appetizing, to try now!

A unique way to cook potatoes!

INGREDIENTS
3 Potatoes (300g of cooked potato)
Salt
Pepper
15g (2 tbsp) of rice flour
8g (1 tbsp) of cornstarch
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Cut the circle on the middle part of the potato. Transfer them to the water and boil for 30 minutes. Transfer them to cold water and peel them.
  2. Mash the potatoes and add the salt, pepper, rice flour, cornstarch and mix until all is well combined.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and cut on halves. Roll out the one half and split it into small pieces. Press each piece with the fork to create the pattern.
  4. Fry them in deep hot oil.
