Potato cube fritters: the quick appetizer that everyone will love

You won't be able to stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
400g of potatoes (boiled)
100g of zucchini
100g (3/4 cup) of cornstarch
Flour
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Put the strainer over the bowl and pour the potatoes into the strainer. Mash the potatoes with a spoon so that it passes through a strainer.
  2. Grate and squeeze the zucchini so as to remove excess water and pour into the bowl with potatoes. Add the corn starch and mix everything.
  3. When all is well combined, add the flour and knead the dough. Split the dough into small pieces and create small balls.
  4. Roll out each ball with your hands, cut it into small pieces and prick each piece with the fork.
  5. Fry in dip hot oil until they are golden brown.
