INGREDIENTS
430g potatoes
1 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp cornmeal
2 tbsp potato flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

METHOD
1. Steam potatoes for 25 minutes, and mix them with all the rest of the ingredients.
2. Fry potato skewers in the hot oil until golden brown.
