Teriyaki Meat and Potato Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS
12 potato wedges
6 thin beef slices
12 asparagus spears
Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 block tofu
Sesame seeds and green onions for decoration
Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp sake
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread a beef slice onto your work surface, add two potato wedges and 2 asparagus spear on top, season with salt and pepper and roll up tightly.
Cover roll-up with flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the meat rolls. Once the meat is nicely browned, put slices of tofu into the pan.
Add in all the sauce ingredients. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove the cover and continue simmering until sauce has thickened.
Serve meat rolls immediately with the sauce, sesame seeds and gren onions.
