How to make easy and quick mini pizzas with a bottle!

INGREDIENTS
160ml (0.65 cup) warm water
160ml (0.65 cup) warm milk
6g (1 tsp) instant yeast
4g (1 tsp) sugar
40ml (0.2 cup) olive oil
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
2g (1/2 tsp) of salt, black pepper, garlic powder and thyme
260g (2 cups) flour
30g (2 tbsp) Tomato sauce
230g (1 cup) mozzarella cheese
Basil
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil for sprinkling
 
METHOD
  1. Pour warm milk and water, yeast and sugar into a bowl and let it stand for 15 minutes. Then pour olive oil, baking powder, garlic powder, thyme, black pepper into the mixture and mix everything, then add to the flour.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bottle, then make small pizzas in a heated pan coated with a little oil.
  3. Coat the pizzas with tomato sauce, arrange the mozzarella pieces and sprinkle with basil and olive oil.
