• 600g / 4 cups semolina
• 350ml /12.3oz water
• 10g salt
• 25g olive oil
• 8g yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• tomato sauce or peeled tomatoes
• mozzarella
METHOD
- For the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into 6 parts and form buns. Put on a baking sheet and pour in tomato sauce. Bake for 1 hour at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Sprinkle the buns with mozzarella and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
