Yogurt donuts: fluffy, quick and easy to make!

You only need a few ingredients to make a really tasty sweet treat!

Ingredients:
⦁  1 egg;
⦁  65 g (5 tbsp) yogurt;
⦁  1 tbsp white vinegar;
⦁  1 tsp baking soda;
⦁  220 g (1 1/2 cup) flour;
⦁  vegetable oil for frying;
⦁  powdered sugar.
 
Instructions
 
1. Whisk eggs with sugar and yogurt.
 
2. Pour vinegar on top of baking soda and wait for the mixture to stop bubbling.
 
3. Pour vinegar mixture into the yogurt, add flour and knead to form a smooth dough.
 
4. Let the dough rest for around 15 minutes, then cut into 9 parts and roll each one into a circle. Make a hole in the center of each circle.
 
5. Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes, until golden on the outside and cooked through.
