Invisible apple pound cake: the EASY and QUICK dessert to make right away!

INGREDIENTS
6 Pink Lady apples
2 eggs
100g of all-purpose flour
80g of sugar
120g of milk
40g of vegetable oil
16g (1 1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
1 lemon (grated zest)
 
METHOD
1. Start by cracking the eggs and lightly beating them with the sugar, then add the oil and milk, mixing well with a whisk.
2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
3. Peel and finely slice the apples, using a mandoline or a knife, and add them to the mixture.
4. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and add the lemon zest if you like.
5. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 45 minutes
6. Once baked, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
