Stuffed cabbage: the ideal side dish for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
• 500g Chinese cabbage
• 180g hot smoked mackerel
• 100g red pepper
• 100g yellow pepper
• 200g cream cheese
• 200g feta
• 40ml sour cream
• 60g olives
• 40g pitted olives
PREPARATION:
- Mix feta, cream cheese and sour cream. Add chopped olives and black olives. Add chopped peppers. Peel the mackerel, chop and add to the mix.
- Cut the cabbage in half. Place the filling on each sheet. Roll up and wrap in foil.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
