Stuffed cabbage: the ideal side dish for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
• 500g Chinese cabbage
• 180g hot smoked mackerel
• 100g red pepper
• 100g yellow pepper
• 200g cream cheese
• 200g feta
• 40ml sour cream
• 60g olives
• 40g pitted olives
 
PREPARATION:
  1.  Mix feta, cream cheese and sour cream.  Add chopped olives and black olives.  Add chopped peppers.  Peel the mackerel, chop and add to the mix.
  2. Cut the cabbage in half.  Place the filling on each sheet.  Roll up and wrap in foil. 
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
