Banana and chocolate brioche

This chocolate banana breakfast bake is so addicting, you'll have a hard time sharing it.
INGREDIENTS

2-3 bananas
Brioche pastry
Ingredients needed for brioche pastry:
165ml (5.5 oz) Milk
7g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
40g (0.2 cup) Sugar 42g
7g (1 tsp) Salt
1 egg
350g (2.8 cups) Flour
40g (0.2 cup) Butter
1 egg yolk and 1 tsp of water
3 tsp hazelnut cream
METHOD
- Knead a fine dough. Pour the yeast into the warm milk and stir, then add the sugar and egg. Gradually add the flour. Leave the dough covered with foil to stand for 15 minutes.
- Then add the butter to the dough and knead it finely. Then cover the dough with foil and let it stand for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut the top into thin lines.
- Cut three bananas. Coat the dough with cream, arrange the bananas, roll out the dough, leave it to stand for another half an hour, then coat the dough with egg and bake at 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
