Chocolate brioche: this recipe is a keeper!

INGREDIENTS
630g (5.03 cups) flour (all purpose)
7g yeast
300ml (1.23 cup) milk
60g (0.3 cup) sugar
2 eggs
60g (0.26 cup) butter
Salt
50g (0.33 cup) cocoa
Hazelnut kernels
Butter
Chocolate
METHOD
- Combine milk, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, flour and salt. Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one part and mix. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide each part of the dough into 4 parts and roll out the cakes. Put the cakes one on top of the other, greasing with oil.
- Form brioche. Let rise for 1 hour.
- Decorate with hazelnut seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Serve with chocolate.
