Fried bread: cheesy and quick to make!

Everyone will love the result!
 
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
50g of feta cheese
50g of cheese (grated)
Spring onions
Salt
Paprika
200ml (3/4 cup) of milk
10g of baking powder
350g (2 3/4 cups) of flour
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the eggs, feta cheese, cheese, and mix. Add the spring onions, salt, paprika, milk, baking powder and mix again. Gradually add the flour and mix until a dough is obtained.
  2. Split the dough in halves, roll it out with the hands and divide it into 8 equal parts.
  3. Transfer the squares to the pan with oil and fry on low heat until they are golden brown on both sides.
