Caramel fluffy squares: they are simply addictive!

A creamy cake you'll fall in love with! 
 
INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 1 egg white
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/4 cup flour
• 1 pck vanilla
• 1 pck baking powder
• 6 cocoa cookies
• 1 tsp jam
For magnolia:
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 pck vanilla
• 200g whipped cream
• 5 cocoa cookies
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs, egg white, sugar, vanilla with a mixer. Add milk, butter, flour, baking powder and beat with a mixer. Pour into baking form with parchment. Top crumble cocoa cookies. Bake for 30 minutes at 180C/350F.
  2. Mix milk, sugar, yolk with flour. Brew cream. Add vanillin and cream to the cream. Beat with a mixer. Remove the biscuit from the oven and grease with jam. Pour the cream on top and sprinkle with small crumbs of cocoa cookies. Cool.
