Caramel fluffy squares: they'll become everyone's favorite dessert!

INGREDIENTS
CARAMEL :
40g White sugar and 1 tsp water

CUSTARD :
2 whole Eggs
180ml Condensed milk
120ml Evaporated milk
 
CAKE BATTER :
2 Egg yolks
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
80ml Water
100g Cake flour
50g White sugar
1/2 tsp Baking powder
A pinch of Salt
 
MERINGUE :
2 Egg whites
2 tbsp White sugar

METHOD
  1. Make caramel and set aside to cool. Prepare a mixture of eggs, condensed milk and evaporated milk, also set aside while preparing the next mixture.
  2. Combine with yolk, oil, vanilla extract, water, then sift through flour, baking powder and sugar. Whisk the egg whites with sugar, then add them to the pre-prepared mixture and mix with a spatula so that the volume of the mixture does not decrease. Pour the first mixture into the mold, then spread into the mold and the second thick mixture. Cover the mold with baking paper and then with foil. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
