Pink eggs: how to to surprise my guests with a classy appetizer!

Pink, classy and delicious, here's a perfect idea to surprise everyone!
INGREDIENTS
• 12 eggs
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 4 tsp salt
• 4 tsp sugar
• 2l / 70oz water
• 1 beetroot
• 1 red onion
• 2 tsp black peppercorns
• 1 tsp coriander seed
• 4 bay leaves
• 2 tbsp dill
• salt
• pepper
METHOD
- Boil 12 eggs. Chill in ice water and shell. Put the eggs in a glass jar.
- Bring vinegar, salt, sugar and water to a boil. Add beets, onions, pepper, coriander and bay leaves. Let the mixture cool slightly, then pour into a jar of eggs. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Sprinkle with dill, black pepper and salt.
