Puff puff fritters: how to surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) Warm water
7g Dry yeast
440g (2 cups) Flour
150g (¾ cups) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Salt
METHOD
500ml (2 cups) Warm water
7g Dry yeast
440g (2 cups) Flour
150g (¾ cups) Sugar
10g (2 tsp) Salt
METHOD
- In a bowl pour water and add sugar and yeast. Mix it and add flour and salt.
- Mix it and leave it for 2 hours.
- Use a hand and make balls directly in a pan and fry them. Serve.
