PUFF PASTRY SHELLS: Impress your guests with this wonderful recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
1 egg (for egg wash)
110g (1/2 cup) cream cheese
Lamb’s lettuce
Cooked ham
Mini mozzarella balls
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a work surface and, using a cookie cutter, cut out circles.
2. For half of the circles, gently pinch the edges with your fingers to create a shell shape. For the other half, score the surface lightly with a knife without cutting all the way through.
3. Transfer the pastry pieces to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush with the beaten egg. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes.
4. Once the puff pastry shells have cooled, cut them in half with a knife, keeping one side attached so you can open them slightly.
5. Pipe the cream cheese inside each puff pastry shell, then add lamb’s lettuce, cooked ham, and a mini mozzarella ball.
6. Arrange the puff pastry shells on a serving plate and enjoy.
