PUFF PASTRY STARS: Bring these simple yet amazing appetizers to the table!

INGREDIENTS
1 rectangular sheet of puff pastry
20ml of milk
1 egg yolk
20 g of grated cheese
Sesame seeds, to taste
Paprika, to taste
 
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with the milk until you get a smooth liquid.
2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut out stars using a cookie cutter.
3. Place the stars on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush each star with the egg yolk and milk mixture.
5. Sprinkle each star with grated cheese.
6. Add paprika to half of the stars and sesame seeds to the other half.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
