Fried squids: an easy appetizer ready in no-time!

Extremely tender super crisp and not rubbery at all!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) squid rings
125ml (0.5 cup) of water
125ml (0.5 cup) of milk
5g (1 tsp) Baking powder
5g (1 tsp) of salt
170g (1.3 cup) of flour
500ml (2.3 cups) Frying oil
METHOD
- Cut the squid rings and set aside. Combine milk, water, half of the flour, then add the baking powder and salt, and then the rest of the flour. Dry the squid in kitchen paper and add salt.
- Heat the oil, dip the squid pieces in the mixture and place in the heated oil.
- Serve with lemon.
