GRATINATED SQUID: CRISPY and SUPER TASTY! 🦑

INGREDIENTS
800g of squid
40g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
Parsley
1 Lemon (zest)
1 clove of garlic
160g (1 1/4 cups) of breadcrumbs
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Slice the squid and transfer it to the bowl. Add the parmesan, parsley, lemon (zest), garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and olive oil and mix all well.
2. Pour the mixture into the baking pan covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with more olive oil.
3. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake at 190°C/375°F for 25 minutes.
4. Serve on a serving dish and enjoy.
