Cornflake crusted chicken breast: crunchy, simple and tasty!

Quick and easy to make, it is sure to please grown-ups and kids!INGREDIENTS
200g cornflakes
chicken breast
flour
salt
pepper
2 eggs
30g Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. In the meantime, put the cornflakes in a plastic bag and crush them. Coat the pieces of chicken in the flour, then the beaten eggs (seasoned with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper), and finally, in the crushed cornflakes. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes. For an even crunchier and tastier chicken, try frying the chicken in hot vegetable oil.
