Garlic breasts: tender and tasty!

Creamy and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
50g (4 tbsp) Flour
40g (4 tbsp) Parmesan
Sauce:
75ml (5 tbsp) Oil
15g (1 tbsp) Butter
1 Onion
Garlic
250ml (1 cup) Chicken broth
260ml (1 cup) Heavy cream
50g (1/2 cup) Parmesan
Parsley
METHOD
Salt

15g (1 tbsp) Butter

250ml (1 cup) Chicken broth
260ml (1 cup) Heavy cream
50g (1/2 cup) Parmesan
Parsley
METHOD
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl add flour and parmesan. Put the chicken into the bowl and cover it with flour and parmesan mixture.
- Put the garlic in a pan and bake it at 180C for 15 minutes.
- In a pan add oil and butter. Place the chicken and fry it.
- When it is finished, take out the chicken and in the same pan add more oil, chopped onion and baked garlic. Mix and add salt and pepper. Add chicken broth, parmesan and heavy cream.
- Cook a little bit and put the chicken. Serve with parsley.
