Octopus salad in a lemon bowl: a unique and tasty starter!
published on 23 May, 2017 at 11:39
INGREDIENTS1 octopus
1 lemon
salt
pepper
olive oil, as needed
parsley
garlic
DIRECTIONS
Boil the octopus for about 30 minutes. During these thirty minutes, lift it out of the water for a few seconds, do this three times, this will help make the skin easier to remove later. Once the octopus is cooked, let it cool down, then slice it into little pieces. In the meantime, slice a lemon in half, remove the pulp and squeeze the lemon juice into a bowl. Add garlic, the parsley, salt, and olive oil and let it marinate for a few minutes. Pour this mixture on the octopus and stir. Place the octopus in the lemon bowls and serve cold.
