GRILLED OCTOPUS: how to make it SOFT and SUPER TASTY! 🐙

INGREDIENTS
1 octopus
Extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon (juice)
Parsley
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
1. Place the octopus 2 or 3 times in boiling water holding it by the head. And then let it boil for 20 minutes.
2. Cut the octopus into pieces and set aside.
3. In a bowl add the extra virgin olive oil, lemon (juice), parsley, vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix.
4. Add the octopus pieces into the marinade and mix them so they can absorb the marinade. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
5. After time has elapsed transfer the octopus pieces into the grill pan and grill on both sides.
6. Serve grilled octopus on a serving dish and enjoy.
