Grilled octopus mayo: the sublime recipe to enjoy with your guests!

Don't throw away the boiling water of the octopus, you can make delicious mayonnaise in a few seconds!

INGREDIENTS
1 medium octopus, cleaned;
150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) vegetable oil.
METHOD
  1. Dip octopus tentacles in the boiling water to curl them up.
  2. Place the whole octopus into a pot of cold water and place over medium-low heat. Cook for 1 hour after boiling.
  3. Leave the octopus to cool down in the water. Take 250 ml of water out of the pot and blend it, adding vegetable oil, until mayo forms. Season to taste.
  4. Cut the octopus and grill it. Serve with mayonnaise.
