Brioche with sausage octopus: a delicious recipe to prepare for the kids!

INGREDIENTS
500g (4 cups) flour
325ml (1 1/2 cups) lukewarm water
7g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
Sausages
Egg yolk
Black sesame
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm water with yeast, and add in flour. Let it rise for 2 hours.
2. Make balls from the dough, press it with a hand, and put trimmed sausage on it.
3. Spread with egg yolk and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
