Easy sausage tart: delicious and easy to make!

A quick and brilliant idea to make something special with just a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
Pastry for pizza
Long sausage
Tomatoes
Mozzarella
Oregano
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare ingredients for pizza : grate mozzarella and cut tomato.
  2. Fry the sausage from both sides. Let it cool a little bit and transfer onto prepared baking tray with pastry.
  3. Wrap sausage around the edges with pastry. Add in shredded mozzarella, tomotoes pieces on top and sprincle with oregano.
  4. Bake at 180 ' C ( 356 ' F ) for 25 minutes.
