Easy sausage puff pastry appetizer: delicious and perfect for Easter!

INGREDIENTS
2 rolls of puff pastry
Sausages
Egg for egg wash
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a working surface and make the shapes with the mold. Arrange one wurst to each circle and cut on the side.
2. Close on each side and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
3. Brush them with egg and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
4. Serve them all together on a serving dish and enjoy.
